Vana Jade Store Policy

 

Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order with Vana Jade, you agree to the terms below.

 

1. Sales are Final (No Refunds/Exchanges)

 

  • No Refund After Sale: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed, unless the item is proven to be damaged or broken upon arrival (see Section 3).

 

2. Shipping Policy

 

  • Shipping Time: The estimated shipping timeframe provided in the product description or at checkout is an estimate only. Actual delivery times may be longer than described due to customs processing, carrier delays, and other factors outside of our control.

  • No Repair/Compensation for Shipping Delays: Exceeding the estimated shipping time will not be considered a valid reason for product repair, return, refund, or any form of compensation. We are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

 

3. Damaged or Broken Item Policy (Conditional Refund)

 

A refund or replacement may be granted only if the product is found to be broken or severely damaged upon arrival. The following strict requirement must be met:

  • Proof Required (Mandatory Video): The recipient must provide an unedited, continuous video recording that clearly shows the entire process of opening the original, sealed shipping parcel (from the moment the seal is broken). This video must clearly display the damaged product inside the package.

  • Failure to Provide Proof: Any customer who fails to meet this video requirement may not be granted a refund, return, or replacement, even if the item is damaged.

 

4. Reservation of Rights

 

  • All Rights Reserved: All rights, interpretations, and final decisions regarding this policy are reserved exclusively by Vana Jade. This includes the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
